Recommended For Cilostazol is an antiplatelet drug and avasodilator. It works by stoppingblood cellscalled platelets from sticking together and prevents them from forming harmful clots. It also widens blood vessels in the legs. Cilostazol helps the blood to move more easily and keeps blood flowing smoothly in your body.

Dosage Guidelines The recommended dosage of cilostazol is 100 mg twice a day.Cilostazol should be initiated by physicians experienced in the management of intermittent claudication.The physician should reassess the patient after 3 months of treatment with a view to discontinuing cilostazol where an inadequate effect is observed or symptoms have not been improved.
